How much of the proceeds go to help protect the fragile rhino population?

For 2020, we are donating 20% of net profits to support non-profit organization(s) that are fighting to save the vulnerable rhinoceros population throughout the world.  The organizations that we support are focused on the following 4 areas:

• Anti-Poaching and Security

• Habitat Preservation

• Community Education

• Building Global Awareness

Do you have a store/location that I can pick up my order?

Savannah Gray is currently a home based business geared to online sales. All orders must be placed through our website and will be shipped from our location usually within 3-5 business days.

What is your return & exchange policy?

You may return a product for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and we retain the right to deny an exchange or return if the returned product has any signs of wear. Please keep the receipt. Your refund will be issued upon receipt of the return merchandise to the original form of payment.

If you would like to make an exchange, we will accept an exchange as long as you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. We will either issue store credit for what was spent upon arrival or we will process the exchange for you.

Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process, and may take longer depending on your financial institution. Original Shipping charges are not refundable. 

Can I use more than one discount code per order?

Unfortunately, we only allow one discount code per order. 

Will you have more designs, sizes, and styles in the future?

Yes, we are constantly working to expand our fun and dynamic product line!

How should I wash my shirt to preserve the colors?

Machine wash on cold with similar colors, use non-chlorine bleach as needed, and to tumble dry on medium.
